DTF GANG SHEETS

You will need to send us your gang sheet ready to print! Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent otherwise all artworks will be printed the way we receive them. We do not edit your images.

We use the highest quality DTF printer, ink and film. They have been tested and proven to provide the best quality prints onto a variety of materials, when applied properly.

Direct to film heat transfers have a buttery soft feel to the touch, easy to peel hot or cold, very durable, can be applied to a variety of materials such as cotton, polyester, or blends, wood and many other things.

DTF prints wash well, and are extremely stretchable, meaning they don't crack or peel, making them great for heavy use items. Can last up to 50+ washes.

Recommended Pressing Instructions:                                                                                Place transfer white side down, image facing up.                                                                    Apply at 325 degrees F for 15 seconds.                                                                                 Peel Hot/Cold                                                                                                                        Press again if you like for 8-10 seconds with parchment paper over the print to protect it. Hot peel transfers you can peel right away. Cold peel transfers you have to let the material cool down before you peel.

Testing different pressing times, temperatures, and pressures for your product is highly advised for the best possible outcome.

1. Your artwork must be prepared for printing in the size that you desire. Remember no artwork will be resized by us. Please double-check the sizes of your images before you send them.

4. Best Quality image is 300 DPI Resolution
5. PNG, PDF, PSD, Ai, are acceptable file types. We do not recommend JPEG files as they are very low in resolution.

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for artwork or resolution issues. We will print your documents exactly as you provide them to us, so please make sure all of your artwork is 300 DPI for the greatest quality.
